Position overview

•   Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to design and develop mechanical systems and components.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D models and drawings.
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations to analyze designs and validate performance.
• Assist in prototype development, testing, and troubleshooting in our workshop.
• Prepare necessary documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute innovative ideas and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong English skills a requirement. Proficiency in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Prior internship or co-op experience in a related field is a plus.
