With over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry, Adrian specialises in the subsea sector.

He earned an MSc in Industrial Economics from NMBU in 2012 and commenced his career at Nemo Engineering (later acquired by Kongsberg in 2015) as a Project Engineer/Manager.

Joining IK-Group in 2015 as a Project Manager, Adrian has successfully overseen some of our most significant and challenging projects.

Recognised for his valuable contributions, he ascended to the role of Subsea Manager in 2020, subsequently being promoted to the role of VP of Subsea.

Eyrin is a complete HSE&Q professional with over two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, having navigated various roles, including ventures within the HR sector. She is an independent and proactive key player in the IK Subsea team, bringing management expertise and excellent communication skills. Eyrin’s forte lies in fostering structured approaches, effective risk management, continuous improvement, and cultivating a secure work environment, ensuring operations consistently prioritise safety.

Morten holds an MSc in Structural Engineering from NTNU and Monash University, which he obtained in 2001. With over two decades of extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, he has held significant management roles at reputable organisations such as Schlumberger and TCO. Over the last 8 years, Morten has actively contributed as a board member for multiple companies and played a pivotal role as a co-founder and entrepreneurial advisor for several thriving service-oriented enterprises within the industry.

Bozidar brings an extensive 18-year track record in the industry, including 11 years at IK Subsea across multifaceted engineering and management roles. Currently, as Director of Sales, he is responsible for strengthening IK Subsea’s global strategy. He leads all sales and business initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment for sustained growth.

Christian boasts 36+ years in the offshore and subsea industry. He gained an MSc. in Structural Engineering from NTNU, and he has worked in various roles, including Project Engineer, Lead Engineer, Project Manager, Technical Director and Managing Director for companies such as Halliburton Subsea, RC-Subsea, Aker and Norpipe. 

Christian joined IK in 2001 with a remit to head up projects and management related to the repair and modifications of pipelines, risers and flowlines. His extensive expertise spans both engineering and successful EPC project deliveries.

Henrik, an MSc Petroleum Engineering graduate from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, boasts extensive global experience across diverse sectors in the oil and gas industry. With a remarkable professional journey spanning Canada, the USA, Malaysia, Russia, Australia, the UAE, Oman, Kenya, and Italy, he excels in overseeing technology projects from conception to deployment. At Interwell in Dubai, Henrik was instrumental in expanding the plug and abandonment (P&A) market for a growing completions oriented company.

Mohamad Galal is the Head of Finance at IK Subsea, Norclamp, and Topside. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration, he has a strong background in finance and strategy. Mohamad began his career at PwC, where he worked as an auditor for clients in the oil and gas sector, before moving to Norled, where he specialized in tenders. He is committed to enhancing financial efficiency and driving sustainable growth across the companies.
