IK Subsea has designed and delivered a variety of subsea cutters, typically used to cut structural members, beams or other non-standard subsea structures. Our cutters are custom made to fit to the space limitations which are often problematic for traditional cutting tools. Our cutters utilize proven cutting methods with steel wire, which have a track record with excellent reliability and cutting performance. Included in the portfolio of IK subsea cutter designs are ROV circle saw cutters which are hydraulically powered. These have proven to be reliable and efficient in subsea cutting jobs where manoeuvrability and light cutter weight are critical.
